The abs portion of Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (VHS only, waaaa!); I Want That Body, which has a beginning and advanced routine; Abs, Arms and Lower Body of Steel. Prod Amazon. If you don't mind doing VHS, I think you can get a lot of her older material for a penny plus S&H.
There may be a few of her exercises you have to slightly modify, but I think a lot of them would work for you - they tend to be mostly traditional, lay on your back and do different crunches type routines. You could probably work your arms, too, if you were so inclined.
