Karl Rove as a vessel...
Oct. 2nd, 2009 09:38 amYou know, if the angels reallllly wanted Dean to do stuff for them, Zachariah choosing Karl Rove as his vessel... not so much! :D
I went looking for a cap with the Winchesters giving each other a mutual WTF?! look. I found great one, but the guys were too far apart in the screen resulting in poor icon composition.
I also found this one, which has a similar problem with composition, plus it's not quite the look I was going for.
Meanwhile, we watched Yellow Fever. Sam had some really funny faces in that one. I was hoping to maybe get some good ones of the two of them, but I got a couple of good ones of them apart.
AG33 wanted me to do one with BOTH Dean screaming AND the cat, but the flipbook I made would only save to .wmv, and I didn't have time to figure out how to splice the two pics together. I only have so much patience with stupid Photoshop before I want to KILL it. I really miss Microsoft Picture!It. *sigh*
Finally, a couple that wouldn't crop to a square and are really too small.
And that's were my time and patience ran out. Still a couple of keepers in the form of Dean screaming his head off and Sam giving him that ooookkkaaaaay look. :D

Sep. 11th, 2009 09:34 amWell, grannified today, as expected. However, not so much in the abs as in the thighs, which I was totally not expecting, considering all the lunging one does in yoga. And also in the chest, of all places. Well, there were a couple of pretty excellent arms exercises - chest flies and a sort of rowing biceps thing. Triceps and abs took hits, too, but they aren't part of the grannification, just pleasantly stretchily sore.
I skipped this morning, but didn't get much writing done. Still, I reviewed the draft to date, did some editing, and maybe have my brain in gear to actually add new material tomorrow. I have been trying to get in my workouts in the evenings on the weekends, so that the mornings are free for writing. Also, because of that stupid show that said morning exercise vastly increases the possibility of heart attack, while evening exercise lowers blood pressure. Stupid TV, making me all paranoid.
We've been rewatching Season 4 of SPN, which came in the mail this week. As hostile as I was to this show in the beginning, I now have to offer kudos to it for scripts, especially dialog.

And Monster Movie, followed by Yellow Fever. Crying laughing.
And I note I STILL have no SPN icon. Though I am thinking that I NEED to explore caps for Yellow Fever. Get one of Dean looking freaked and Sam giving him one of those WTF?! looks...
