I have been talking to my self absolutely all day! I had gotten so much better in December! Have begun to ruthlessly use the penny jar to try to put a stop to it.

Though Timeslips has been acting up so badly, it's amazing that I'm just chatting with myself rather than drinking heavily...

I meant to say yesterday, there's nothing wrong with talking to yourself - I do it all the time. And I talk to the cats. Full conversations. And I started teaching them French. Okay, so I started reading out the French translations on the cat food pouches while I was feeding them. I was bored!!!

Be that as it may, when one begins to irritate oneself, perhaps it's time to deal with the habit. Because one would hate to start yelling at oneself to stop talking to oneself and then get in a big fight with oneself in front of all one's colleagues and possibly one's boss...
