muck_a_luckI have been talking to my self absolutely all day! I had gotten so much better in December! Have begun to ruthlessly use the penny jar to try to put a stop to it.
Though Timeslips has been acting up so badly, it's amazing that I'm just chatting with myself rather than drinking heavily...
