Seriously, this was a guy just trying to deal with a scheduling problem. "Dammit, she can't come. Why don't I just use this cool document we have lying around and just take care of it?" I think he just wasn't thinking. Basically I was pretty sure he couldn't use a POA like that, plus it was a double no if he was a beneficiary of the will. He was so clearly embarrassed and laughing at himself. Just not thinking. :D
