Low energy

So, I was thinking today, wow, my energy has been *so low* lately.

Um.

Then it occurred to me I quit caffeine.

Combine that with the constant headaches and I'm really starting to wonder if with my inability to get a decent amount of sleep if caffeine really has a medicinal place in my life?

Did you remove drinking it for medicinal reasons?

Mostly just because it's the thing I do at Lent. Also, my caffiene delivery system is diet soda, so I'm attempting to get less of that in my life. Though this year, on one of the snow days, I had an accidental cold turkey day, and the withdrawal I had after about 36 hours was so alarming, I thought, dude, I should not be so dependent on this drug! But not for a heart condition or anything like that.
