Something bad happened to my arm
Dec. 23rd, 2009 05:06 amStupid arm. I guess no up-down vinyasa for me today. Hmmmm. Time to break out ye olde step for some aerobics action, I guess. Seated bends and twists after, I think. Hmm.
UPDATE: Yoga after aerobics is so nice. Though yoga still the best thing to open the hamstrings. Also, added on Inversions and Supine Poses. Overall, a very nice workout and a nice change of pace, with no stress at all on the arm.
