Ready for 21 inches

muck_a_luckOK! I have a full stock of propane, Costco got done last night,
groceries got done tonight. We're set for a solid week, if it comes
to that.
People in Safeway were taking pictures of the COMPLETELY EMPTY milk
cabinet. I said, "Out-of-towners?" They didn't get my joke. I mean,
they WERE from New York, they just didn't get that I was laughing at
us AND their befuddlement. They were too busy feeling a cross between
befuddlement and outrage.
It's the outrage I find offensive. Hello. You are not in New York
anymore. When in Rome, blah blah. Damn Yankees.
What I didn't do was wait in line anywhere to fill my tank with gas.
I've got about a quarter tank. That should get me 50 miles, if it
comes to that, and I'm sure somewhere in a 50 mile radius I'll be able
to get gas, even in a worst case.
