Husband: So I guess that was part of the deception. Because doesn't Lilith hold the contract on Dean's soul?

Me: Well, maybe the Crossroads Demon's boss had it first, then sold it on? Maybe it hadn't happened yet, or the Crossroads Demon didn't know.

Husband: Maybe the contract was securitized...

Me: Bundled with a bunch of other souls and sold on to investors...
