The return of Burn Notice

A few nice tie in things to last season that were not *too* blatant. Bondage. Blood. Knives. Really big guns. HUGE car crash. Some really good lines for Michael's mom.
Yes. I am very satisfied.
In other news, yes, indeed, the yoga of yesterday morning is catching up with me. I started out stiff this morning, and I'm definitely worse now than when I woke up. On the other hand, have I observed in this venue that on the days when I feel the most beaten up by my yoga, I also feel very tall and graceful, even as I am totally grannified? Well, the opposites of yoga, again! :D
