Before Lent, I had stockpiled a bunch of soda at the office, which I did not drink during Lent, but which I *have* drunk *since* Lent. But I always was determined I would not buy more soda for the office, and I haven't, so today I'm cold turkey again. I just should have dumped out the bottles of soda. I was buying them for a buck each, usually, so probably it would only have been "wasting" $5 or $6, and I always tell people contemplating dodgy leftovers, you are not a human trash can, just throw it away! Should have taken my own advice. This headache *really* has its claws in me and the Tylenol is doing NOTHING. *contemplates one of the remaining Vicodin*

I let a friend "hook" me on Mountain Dew which probably has more caffeine than most anything else. I managed to get off that by switching to green tea. I'm partial to Arizona Green Tea. Maybe try that and see if it helps.
