Saturday and Monday
Apr. 13th, 2009 04:37 amTried Kung Fu Kickboxing Workout by Tiffany and Max Chen (brother and sister, in case you were wondering).
Boring. Annoying. Did not like. Returned to library. (To be fair, I only did the "Basic" routine. Possibly the others might have been less boring.)
Also, Sara Ivanhoe 20 Minute Yoga Makeovers: Sculpted Thighs and Buns. This was an OK series, though I wasn't amazed by it. But as one of my new favorite poses is Pidgeon, any sequence that works it in makes me happy.
Today, I'm doing a new (to me) Rodney Yee, Yoga Burn. Will report back.
