Courtesy of the office flooding, three hour workout today.

Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (entire)

Yoga Shakti: I used the "yoga matrix" to put together the entire Solar Flow I sequence plus the forward bending and twisting sequence from Lunar Flow and the shoulder stands from Lunar Flow. I put the Supine Poses last, and opted to skip them AND Shavasana, choosing the deep relaxation pose commonly known as "a nap" instead! :D Approx 1:45 yoga (not counting the nap portion).

Oh. And in exciting yoga news, I have finally figured out how to "roll over" the toes when moving through the transition vinyasa. Wow, does that impact the extension on Upward Dog.
