Thursday and Friday
Jan. 2nd, 2009 09:16 amThursday: Recovery day. Really, really wanted to do double workout, but hamstrings said WTF?!?!
Friday:
Arms and Abs of Steel 2000, entire (30 minutes step aerobics, 10 minutes arms, 15 minutes abs)
Yoga Shakti: Lunar Flow (1:13 yoga). Oh. Well. I knew there had to be forward bending! This was basically a forward bending and breathing session, with twisting. Oh! And the inversions on this one - shoulder stands - were attainable, though it will take some time to get really good at them.
lucky_sometimes, I'll let you know if I suddenly notice amazing new thyroid action :D Overall, very relaxing, actually. Still, I think Solar Flow I was my favorite. Of course, still have Basic Flow to try on a day when I have less time.
