Tuesday and Wednesday
Dec. 31st, 2008 07:33 amTUESDAY: Recovery from the really bad thing I did to my leg Monday.
WEDNESDAY:
Crunch: Fat Blaster, the Next Step (30 mins step aerobics)
Yoga Shakti: Solar Flow II (1:15 yoga) This flow focused on arm balances. There was A LOT I couldn't really do, ergo I liked it a lot less than Solar Flow I. Still, a wonderful yoga session on the whole - loved vinyasa from down dog to up dog to down dog with no transition poses - and if I am disciplined and alternate this with routines I like better, I hope I can learn at least some of the easier balances.
Monday's Calories: 1350
Tuesday's Calories: 1360
The dieting is a little bit hard, but without people shoving food at me, not nearly as hard as I expected. Possibly because I had already scaled back to about 1800 a day, dropping back again - sort of stepping down - has made this seem not so bad. The true test - can I keep the calories down when I'm home all day with food everywhere, as I will be the next four days.
