SATURDAY and SUNDAY: The weekend. Can never get anything done! Grrrr
MONDAY: Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (interval section, no abs) (30 mins)
Strength training:
TamiLee Webb: I Want That Body! I Want Those Abs! (15 mins ab toning)
Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (30 mins)
Although I am definitely more fit than I was on October 1 or 5 or whatever day it was I started seriously working out again, and that's fantastic, I don't think I have lost any size in the waist.
This is not acceptable.
While I have been watching my eating during the week, I think my old system of not worrying about my food on the weekends/when I'm home is not going to cut it this time. I must be eating a lot more during these unmonitored times than I did the last time around.
As of today, December 1, my goal is to be 1500-1800 calories per day, every day, until Christmas, with the only day I will make an exception being the Christmas Party at work. And I guess my birthday, maybe, depending on how things are looking two weeks from now.
It's time to take this bull by the horns, and seriously diet.
So although I think it is really gauche to comment on it publically - gah, there is nothing more boring than someone constantly nattering on about their diet - I will be adding "yesterday's calories" to my exercise reports, starting tomorrow.
