Tuesday and apologies
Nov. 18th, 2008 08:30 amApologies: I missed the last, oh, 10 days, due to child being sick with high fever and totally disrupting my ability to do anything but sleep and care for a small child. Finally caught up on sleep and she's back to her usual sleeping schedule, so workout time!
TUESDAY: Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (interval section, no abs) (45 mins)
Strength training:
UPDATE: After several months, I just logged back into my account at http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/. If anybody's looking for a tool to track nutrition and exercise, I highly recommend it. I find it a great source of external motivation to improve my diet. It also lets you track your physical activity in high detail. I was so excited. For today, I got a rating of 100 out of 100. :D

- Squats: 12x 45 lbs, 12 x 50 lbs, 12 x 60 lbs
Pushups: 10 x 60 degree, 10 x 45 degree, 10 x 45 degree
Seated Row: 10 X 60 lbs, 10 X 70 lbs, 10 x 75 lbs
Step Up: 3 sets, 15 X 30 lbs
Prone Jackknife: 3 sets of twelve
Swiss Ball Crunches: 3 sets of twelve
