Notepad

I was just editing a website page in Notepad.

I accidentally deleted one link and left the wrong link, but I didn't realize it until I went on to yet another edit or two. So I, being a Word user, hit CTRL Z, CTRL Z a couple of times, in hopes of just undoing my last few edits til I got back to ground zero to start over and do the right deletion.

I swear, it restored the link I wanted and deleted the link I didn't. Honestly!

Is it possible that NotePad, while not a fully equipped wordprocessor with all the bells and whistles, has been outfitted with psychic powers?!

I like notepad. It's friendly. It doesn't try to help you, it just does as it is told. All computers used to be like that, and now very few are. *Glares at Vista*
