Yesterday, I sent a client a pdf of their invoice showing a balance due of $25.

She replied saying, "My understanding from this invoice that i don't owe you any thing. Is this right?"

I am tempted to paraphrase the Superintendent Chalmers and say, "Year after year of stupid, stupid clients," but that is an insult to my other clients.

I frequently speak to astonishingly stupid people who are earning vastly more than I am. How do they do it? It is very annoying.
