I just had a 30 minute phone call from a client and his wife to tell me they had resolved all the issues, had no concerns, and didn't really need me to talk to my Boss.

People like that are evil. When they phone me, they usually whine about how long it took them to get through as well. If they'd read the bloody instructions, they wouldn't have needed to get through in the first place!

I am SO ready for my holiday.
