Stormy Monday

muck_a_luckin other weekend news, Husband sent me on an errand to Borders for him yesterday.
I commented that I might browse for some things that intrested me while I was there.
He insisted on looking them up for me. So I confessed that one of the things I wanted to look at was Stormy Monday. Now, Melanie Griffith is not my favorite actress, but I can tolerate her. The Husband just *hates* her. I had always assumed I would have to rent Stormy Monday on the sly.
But, shockingly, when Husband found that it was at Fairfax, there wasn't a peep of protest. He told me it was $12.99, whereupon I said I probably would buy it if it were that cheap. No argument! Maybe he wasn't paying attention?
Anyway, Stormy Monday is now sitting on my shelf of media to do's, along with Sharpe's Enemy and Outlander!
Go me!
