An everything bagel is a bagel dipped in the leavings after they have topped the salt, poppy seed, sesame, garlic, onion and caraway bagels. They sweep up all the left-over seeds, etc and put them on the everything bagels. Yummy, savory breakfast. Their recent popularity with The Small Boy gives me hope that eventually he will grow out of his picky eating. On the other hand, I'm going into bagel withdraw. Need to buy more if I have to share.
