Sexual Harassment survey
Mar. 17th, 2004 01:54 pmI have a new, male assistant starting Tuesday. I don't want to upset him, or, worse, set myself up for a sexual harassment lawsuit.
On my desktop, I have my lovely picture from Caravaggio (see user pic).
It is also in my screensaver.
I can remove it from either or both places.
So, should I take it off my computer the days my assistant is here?
Your thoughts?

Date: 2004-03-18 08:47 am (UTC)So you think the Caravaggio pic cycling through the screensaver will be OK?
The rest of the screensaver cycle is various pics of Sharpe and the Chosen men, plus the lovely black and white portrait of SB in my LJ wallpaper, and the bubble bath ad, and the picture of SB and VM out of character but in costume, also in my wall paper. Well enough camoflaged?
I'm very anxious about this and am probably going to chicken out and take the Caravaggio pic off both places. I just don't know this person well enough. If he turns out to be, well, homophobic...
*sigh* Why does life have to be complicated? Oh, because people in general are scum! So we assume the worst about everyone...

Doesn't completely rule out gay, but seems less likely...
