just kidding about only giving Forrest a bath, yesterday. Actually, I did some pet sitting and today I went in and got my job back at the church doing the newsletter. Gigi gave me three tasks; type up all the copy which had come in since the last newsletter, set up the newsletter for Novemeber and delete the October text--so, really, two tasks. I did them both by 12:30. I was 20 minutes late to work, because had to drop The Goofy Dobe off, but no matter. Got the job done well. And, I'll be back in on Saturday early (8:30 AM) to start the grueling process of putting in the regular articles. :)
and you inspired me to read Strunk and White. Gigi says she hasn't heard of it. Well, she did grow up in Alaska. I told her about Eats, Shoots and Leaves and showed her an Amazon.com screen-shot. She said, "Bring in a copy." I happen to have two just for that very purpose. I told her it was very funny. It occurs to me my sense of humor is not like other people's.
