The new place

It's a really nice, three level town house about 5 minutes on foot from Small Boy's school. Woodsy neighborhood, lakefront. It *doubles* our floorspace from our current place. It's an end unit, so lots of light. Just wonderful in so many ways! A little far for Husband to walk for his bus, but he thinks it's OK. Lots of friendly neighborhood kitties. Dogs too. People who do cute things with their porches and balconies. They haven't painted yet, so if we rent it, they said we could choose the colors. And they are putting in a full bath in the basement. Husband *really* loves the walk in shower we have now. They said they would be happy to put a walk-in shower in the new bathroom.

So on tenterhooks til they get back to us and say it's a go!
