Aren't you ashamed of yourself for not backing up, say, once a week? Your computer has been twitchy for some time but you just never got around to...

I have never lost data resulting in the loss of hundreds of man hours and thousands of dollars learned to back up everything. A CD is cheap. It only takes a few minutes.
