Exercise and Diet Blah Blah

I want my 50 pushups by Christmas. Currently can do 10 sloppy ones, plus as many girly ones as you want to throw at me.
You will laugh to learn, though, that if I do them as Chaturanga pushups, they're a lot cleaner and I can do more. Huh. I hate Chaturanga. But apparently I have some muscle memory...
After I recoup from whatever damage I did tonight, it's back to double workouts. I got lazy and started doing the yoga tapes cold. OMG. When I do that my hamstrings hate me for DAYS. I am now a full convert to combined aerobics and yoga - as if I wasn't before. Double workout no later than Wednesday.
