I can see that today is CK-is-a-space-cadet Day.

Can't code (even the pathetic little tiny amount of coding I don) to save my life. Right down to screwed up Uisgich's lj user tag. Tried to answer that request for Dave recs and had to delete one comment and replace it, then it was still screwed up and I just did a second comment. *rolls eyes*

Thought I didn't have enough cocoa for the muffins. Then panicked. Then found the cocoa.

Thought I didn't have enough muffin cups for the muffins. Then panicked. Then found the muffin cups.

Was devastated that I did not have any white whole wheat flour for the muffins. But panic did not result in finding any white whole wheat flour in the freezer. Oh well. Regular all-purpose will work just fine. Just takes away from the fake health food value of the chocolate banana muffins.

I am now retiring to the kitchen to wash dishes and try to stay out of trouble for the rest of the day.

I refuse to believe you could ever be incompetent in the kitchen. Not after reading of your pie-making adventures in the past. I cannot make pies. Crusts elude me - and yes, I have been told by no less than a half dozen folk that they could teach me foolproof crustmaking. I defeated them all, bwhahahahah!

Anyway. Your piemaking skillz alone put you on a pedestal in my eyes, and the prolific muffin making just frosts the cake, so to speak.

You're just having a off day. It's nature's way of telling you "This is CJ's life 24/7, just so you know".
