muck_a_luck10 degrees and clear, with a windchill of approx -5 and dry snow in the corners here and there.
Every thought about the quality of the coldness has me using profanity.
Inconveniently, my car window would not roll down. Hell when you have to go to the bank and pay three tolls on the way to the office.
