"This is a terrible project!" Adopts Scott Thompson voice, "I'm gonna need a lot of sex with a man when this is over."

Closet slasher

My Husband is the real slasher in the house. I'll be innocently watching some thing or other, and he'll be slashing it to bits. Doesn't slash himself sooo much. Only occassionally.

*nod* Yeah, Ken's been known to point out slash to me where my innocent eyes didn't see it!

My computer's in the living room, sideways facing the couch. So, when we're flopped out watching something, my screensaver will kick in after a bit, and Ken often gets sidetracked watching the purty pichers (I have it set to display my photo files, in slideshow format, and it's usually pointed at either Norman or Hugh). He's come up with some horribly witty captions to match their poses and expressions, to the point where I lose track of what I'm watching on tv. Would rather listen to him riff my pretty boys.

Would be v. amusing to go out for drinks with you guys, and you and I just sit back and listen to the REAL slashers blather on, methinks!

OMG! Well, not really anyone. This morning's comment is about as slashy as he gets. But has, or possibly had, an admitted crush on SB. Though my fangirly-ness may have put him off... Can't think of anything else more specific... Usually he adds in "comments" by the characters on the screen.

Well there's a new concept - and it'll cheer up my trial next week (needless to say I'm the only female in the place -apart from witnesses!) no end!

Although I have to say (and I'm sure the US is different) British lawyers are a pretty ugly bunch. I'm not married to one !

After all that angst we're adjourned for next week - judge's mother died. Bet we don't get back on until June - listing sucks!

Ah. The last minute continuance. Has almost always been a good thing, in my limited experience... If you get postponed til June, you'll be just as ready then as you are now. What can you do?

We can do no more - kind assistant just phoned to check that he has told all the witnesses, has also dealt with anything of mine that looked urgent, very very kind of him.

And I'm the one on the left! The taller one is my cousin, the small one with the tounge the daughter! This summer.

Mmm. He's quite nice, isn't he. When I was making it, it turned out so completely different than I had originally envisioned. But hell, I'll take that over what I was trying to do any day!
