muck_a_luckIn the summer of 1990 I was a camp counselor at a great camp in the North Carolina mountains called Gwynn Valley.
I kept a journal that summer. It's about half funny stuff about camp life, and half me being in love with every cute guy in the place. Plus some whining thrown in, as I burned out towards the end.

June 15, 1990. Fairly dull entry, but sets up a lot of information that will be useful later, including the names of the llamas.

June 18, 1990. Dancing Waters sets the tables.
June 21, 1990. Locked due to horrifyingly embarrassing content.

July 28, 1990. Sunrise and Blue Ridge. CK and Bridgette have the cool cabin!
July 29, 1990. Beach Day. More Sunrise-Blue Ridge bonding.
July 30 and 31, 1990. The rumored marriage of Franklin and CK. Crabby days. Sulking.
August 1, 1990. Sunrise gets streaked! Date with Franklin? Ready to go home.
August 2, 1990. Really, really ready to go home.
August 6, 1990. The last day in town. I drive Franklin's car.
August 7, 1990. Last day.
