Did the yoga again this morning. And the abs/pushups combo. Heavy muscle fatigue afterward, but hey, that means I did something right, right?

So. Monday = 1400 calories. Tuesday = 1600 calories. Just haven’t been that hungry. Have gotten breakfast down to approx 450 – everything bagel with cream cheese. Have cut out the sugar drink that I used to have with it. So basically, if I can get through the day at the office on breakfast alone, then I can basically eat what I want in the evening and hit the target calorie zone of 1500-1800. Awesome.

It’s positive reinforcement, too, that I know it can be done and I have done it. Inspiration to continue, and not be weak.

Meanwhile, step Monday, yoga Tuesday, step Wednesday, yoga today, step tomorrow. Hoping to get in at least the 15 minute abs routines – one on Saturday and one on Sunday, back to alternating step and yoga next week.

What it boils down to is that, since August 31 when I started, the belly *scowls*, has become tiny tummy. Can actually *imagine* flat tummy in foreseeable future. Pants fitting better. Step workout a breeze. Actually *doing* serious yoga tape thingy (granted with much complaining). Took measurements 2 nights ago for comparison purposes. But I’m thinking my goals are achievable.

Aside from yesterday, when I could barely move, have been feeling great. Bouncy and happy. Not completely sure what this has to do with diet/exercise vs. hormonal cycle. But will be interested to see how the month goes. If reducing calories and exercising at dawn is REALLY making me feel this good, I’m afraid I could become one of those insufferable perky people – you know the type… Add that to my need to convert the world to LJ, and I will be one of the most annoying people I know!

UPDATE: No. Not possible to be the most annoying person I know. How arrogant for me to even think that. *dope slaps self* Clients, clients, clients... *snert*
