Losing one day this week to mental health, and another day to a time management seminar (!), makes it look like the billing deadline is slipping again!
Perhaps the phone will accidentally become unplugged today...
Oh, what's the DND button?! Good gracious, the housekeeping staff must have bumped it while dusting!
