Standing Split Twist (for lack of a better name) - Bend/Squat with foundation leg. Bring raised leg down while twisting, as if you were going to drop directly into a cross-legged position. Then press back up to a standing split. Three times?
Drop raised leg back to the mat and settle into a lunge.

My New Year's Day superstition is that you should make New Year's Day an ideal day, as what you do that day is what you will do for the rest of the year.

NO HOUSECLEANING! And yes, I realize what that implies, but it has been my policy for years now.
Cook something yummy
Adhere to my diet

I'm sure there are other things I should be thinking of doing, but anyway, that's tomorrow.
