My final thoughts regarding Lady Chatterly's Lover

I have finished Lady Chatterly's Lover. A few passages of note, though not much to add, myself. But ha! ha! This is my journal, not a sophomore lit paper! Go me!

There are some other excellent things going on in this book. Particularly of note are the two letters Connie gets while in Italy - the first from Clifford, describing Mellors' problems with his wife, and then Mellors' letter, describing the situation and his interview with Clifford. But I've plifered enough for one evening. You will find the letters in Chapter 17, conveniently located here. Scroll to the end of the chapter, they make up about the last fifth of the text.

And as this is not a lit paper, am just going to stop now. :)

MST3K-Land

OK. I don't watch it enough anymore to participate in this community, but I am getting giggles all day out of mst3k. Can't thank you enough, CJ, for pointing me in that direction.

Toys!

The other news of the day... The rest of my toys arrived! I am now the proud owner of Dark Harbor and the Yoga Zone 6 DVD set. The routines appear to be 20 minutes. Am thinking that gives me a lot of room to play with mixing yoga and step.

Now, if I can just be really good about doing my Boss-work at night, I can have the morning free to step *and* play on the same day. Can't wait to cycle through the whole set.

And right along with the Napoleanic era historical fiction thing - if you had told me 10 years ago that I would be planning my days so that I could get up at 5am to do step aerobics and yoga, I would have told you to lay off the crack...

The Pie Clause, or I hate Dork Elf

Which against my better judgment I attempted to read. Despite my known aversion to gossip.
