WD-40 and other random

muck_a_luckI got loose in the apartment with the WD-40 this weekend. Not a squeak to be heard in the whole place anymore, and I was so SAD when there was nothing else to de-squeakify.
Also, have been thinking. What if we bought this place? I think we would rip out the carpet in the bedrooms. But what would we put down. Not hardwood. So damp back there, I imagine it would warp wood flooring.
Not lineoleum. Tacky. Plus, I bet it catches mildew underneath just like carpet.
What about flagstone? We could do the whole freakin' apartment in stone floors, with woven grass mats.

Not that we would likely buy this place. But the thoght occurred...
