muck_a_luckSo, we all remember this phone call.
Well, watched the training software, still couldn't generate a bill with any content.
Called TimeMatters again, and got a VERY knowledgable woman on the phone.
As I told Uisgich today, "It's like I've skipped a step, or not checked a box somewhere or something..."
Well, now I know the ten boxes I didn't check...
Need to do at least two large, universal replace type things.
