Just wanted to drop you all a line thanking you so much for handing down the Archos to me! I have named it Architeuthis (ark i tooth us) (ask Small Boy, he can probably tell you what it means) (giant squid), and I love it! Plus, discovered the coolness of compressing music, so The Husband has benefitted, as well.
And did I tell you that after starting to think it would only hold about 900 songs, I redid the math and realized it will probably hold about 6300 songs after all!
Cellmate is thrilled, too! I have been playing the same 15 or so albums in the office for about 2 years. I have made a mix folder on Architeuthis with music both she and I like, and when she comes in, I set it on shuffle. She loves it!
