CK: I need you to photocopy a large part of a file to go out in Fed Ex this afternoon.
CK: When you're ready, come around and I'll get you started.
CK: Might take 30mins - 1 hr, so allow time before you want to go.
CK: Ah, photocopying!
CK: The mainstay of summer jobs!
CK: Hey, did you photocopy the letters that just went out?!
RS: yea
CK: Of course you did! /nag
RS: haha no worries
RS: quick question
RS: do i use Client X's CT or VA addy?
CK: Hmmm.
CK: Maybe original to VA, with copy to CT.
RS: ok
RS: fair enough
CK: I think CT address bounced back once, too.
RS: o ok
RS: but still send it to both?
CK: Yes. I'm not 100% sure. Also, don't know if they are at the same VA address, for that matter. She owes us money!!! Hang on, I'll tell you how much.
RS: ok

CK: Yeah, well, I've written her off in my mind, so if she ever pays, will be like found money!
CK: There is a template for money owed you might be able to open up and use.
RS: o ok
CK: The photocopying you are about to do might get us [similar amount redacted] or so on an account we *really did* write off about 8 months ago. Mmmmmmm. Money... /Homer
RS: do you have the relevant invoices?
CK: We could reprint them. Excellent idea.
CK: Oh. Speaking of found money...
RS: ?
CK: I failed to pay you for services provided on June 2 or some such date...
RS: o ok
CK: It will be included in your next deposit! :-)

RS: can you load some letterhead?
CK: Done
RS: look good?
CK: Could you reprint the Client Y page only? It got crumpled.
RS: o ok
CK: Client Z retained other counsel. Please revise.
CK: Client Z is male. Please change to Mr.
RS: hahahaha ok
RS: he consulted but chose not to retain ... ?
CK: No. Say, According to our files, you retained other counsel. Therefore, I'm closing your file.
CK: Or something to that effect.
RS: ok
RS: fine by me
CK: Ack.

CK: Check Client Y and be sure it is a man.
CK: That looks like a woman's name to me.
RS: it said mister ...
CK: OK.
RS: envelopes?
CK: When you're ready.
