Dealing with stupid people

muck_a_luckThis insurance rep calls me to notify me that she needs a form from me to complete this claim I sent her yesterday. This is a woman I deal with periodically for Boss - we provide services to her legal plan clients.
This person is not very smart, and it makes her aggressive. Whenver I deal with her, she is unpleasant.
We have never filled a form for this purpose before. I the past we were instructed to make the request by letter.
I looked at my two options for filling the form, and both of them look like they could create problems for this client and our reimbursement. So I sent her an e-mail saying I can do Thing A, and it will create this problem, or Thing B and it may create that problem. Can the problems be avoided.
She replied back by saying, "I need this form. In teh past I filled it out for you. I'm not doing that anymore." NOT responding to my actual query, which had to do with the correct way to process the form.
Agressive stupidity. Gripping on for dear life to what little she understands, unable to read a direct question and respond to it. Where is my army of trained weasels when I need it? And how fast can I ship it to Ohio?
