My knees got worse and worse yesterday, after the yin yoga. Boy, did they hate all that Hero's Pose/Saddle Pose. By the time I was getting ready for bed last night, going down the stairs I was having so much noise from my knees it was quite scary.
uisgich, definitely squeaky shoes. Going up was no problem, though, so I figured it couldn't be that bad, but I was berating myself for being careless with my joints and pushing too hard.
Then today, they seem fine.
Also, in my yoga this morning, I was pretty deep in the lunges. That might be the usual "first day back" experience. But I'm wondering if yesterday's yin practice impacted today with immediately greater hip flexibility?
