On the way home Monday, I was behind this person in a shiny new mid-sized SUV with a giant "Where's the Birth Certificate?" bumper sticker.
The person was driving erratically. Took a turn into a driveway very poorly. Nearly crashed another person attempting to leave the driveway. HONKED at that person.
I saw it was a quite elderly driver.
Srsly. Maybe it's time for the death panel for that one.
