It may be a little risky to agree to things said by a lovely, earnest, enthusiastic Vietnamese woman who is cutting your hair when you aren't 100% sure what she said. And getting a "Yes!" to the bemused question, "Do you think that would look good?" doesn't really resolve the problem.

Ah, well. Husband says it doesn't look bad and The Barbarian didn't greet me upon my return home by saying, "I no like ju hair, Mommy!"
