Aside from Mr. Yee on Wed or Thurs lat week, I had not exercised for about 10 days before yesterday, when I did Shred pretty enthusiastically. I maybe overdid the stationary lunges. Then I was really getting into the Lunar Flow forward bending postures this morning. The combo has me walking a little bow-legged. And the stairs are trouble. Also, my butt literally hurts. When I sit. You know. On the cushy sitting part. I have never done that to myself before, ever.

Probably after yesterday, I should have taken the day off. I believe I will be sitting tomorrow out. Or. Well, *trying* to sit comfortably.

On the upside, while being Husband's taxi to the dentist, I scribbled some more stuff down. Hopefully, I can write tomorrow.

lmao (sorry! been there, too) about sitting thing. lowering oneself to the potty...a bit humbling.

awww! i'll be back around today with explanations.

short version: busy end of week, husband off mon-tues, husband pulled back bad enuf to go to ER on saturday, thing one started tossing cookies on sunday, dog peeing/pooping all over and need to make call to vet :( oh, and it's Spring Break here! so kids. all day. all the time.

Argh! That sounds pretty much mostly awful! Spring break, too. I have AG33 here at work but I totally spaced on the fact that you would, duh!, have the Things home!

Tomorrow I will be delivering Husband to dentist for hopefully not a root canal. And he may need a CT scan on his sinuses. :(
