TUESDAY: Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred (Level 2) (about half: 15 minutes warm up and circuit training) OK. I got interested in this because someone mentioned it on
dailyexercise. I've been using the step aerobics tapes for cardio. They've gotten pretty easy, and they are boring me out of my mind.
dixisong3131 (I think!) said it was a tough workout (at least the first time she did it). But then I saw it on YouTube, and I thought, wow. That looks lame. But I left it on my Christmas list because it was WAY cheap, and I thought, well, maybe it would be nice to have a break, even with a lame disc. OMG. Level 2 TOTALLY KICKED MY ASS this morning. Luckily, The Barbarian woke up and had to be taken to school, because I think if I had finished it, I might not have been able to move for the rest of the day.
Good investment.
Strength Training:
There should have been more sets, plus a couple more different lifts, but RL caught up with me. On the upside, I DID get a shower, and AG33 made it to Chinese on time, so...

Bulgarian Split Squat: 2 sets, 20 x 10 lbs
Reverse Lunge From Box, with forward reach: 10 x 20 lbs
Underhand Grip Lat Pulldown: 10 x 40 lbs
Swiss Ball Crunch: 2 sets, 10 crunches x 10 lbs
Lateral Flexion: 1 set of 10 of the easist variation
