Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Strength training:
15 minutes abs
Tuesday's Calories: 1680
THURSDAY: Recovery day. Yoga and weird weights workout KILLED my leg and one of my knees. Really, really needed to rest.
Wednesday's calories: 2300 (indulged in a little holiday partying at work)
FRIDAY: Arms and Abs of Steel 2000 (interval section, no abs) (30 mins), 15 minutes abs.
No weights today. Legs still feeling not great, but much better than Wednesday. I decided not to push too hard.
Thursday's calories: OMG don't ask. Didn't even try to log. Had massive anxiety Thursday, too. Hormonal. Well. If it's just one day a month of sugar craving lack of will power, I guess I can live with that.
Friday's (today's) calories will be iffy. My folks are here tonight and we're going out to dinner. Restaurant food - hard to track, full of fat, so yummy. I'm going to try to be very light at the front end today so that this evening's probable over-indulgence won't be such a big impact.
Next couple of weeks... Boss's birthday (to be celebrated Monday), followed by MY birthday on Tuesday, followed by office party on Friday. Not to mention four day weekends for Christmas and New Year's. It will be tricky to truly diet over the next two weeks. I will try, but I think I will try to have a more realistic goal of not having weight gain days - days were my calories eaten exceed my calories expended. Exercise will be key. And moderation in the over-indulgence. :D

Seated Row: 36 x 40lbs
Step Up: 15 x 30lbs
Prone Jackknife: 20
