What a morning!

Good morning! Was TOTALLY late to work trying to do good for the teachers. They are having a work day today and the PTA did a breakfast. I brought a casserole, but hte timing of the thing was all off for me. AG33 was going to tae kwon do, so ideally, I would have dropped something off at the school as we were leaving, then taken the kids then gone to work. But The casserole didn't go into the oven til 6:30, so I couldn't leave before 7:30 to take the Rice Barbarian and come back. But I wasn't supposed to drop of casserole til 8am. Then Rice Barbarian refused to leave without eating, EVEN THOUGH she gets breakfast as soon as she walks in the door at day care *shakes fist at toddler* so we didn't leave the house til almost 7:45. Dropped AG33 at 8:10, came back, grabbed casserole, got it there after the teachers had started, but it looked like there were still plenty of hungry campers, then went to AG33's room just to pick up the letter about his perfect score in Word Masters to include in his center program application, which resulted in a very wonderful impromptu conference with his teacher, which was great, except I did not leave the school til 3 minutes after I was supposed to be already at work. THEN I had to go back to the house to finish up my stuff there (2 minutes from school, no biggie), and put the trash out. THEN the car was on fumes so I had to stop at the gas station which was WAY busy. FINALLY got to work at 9:30!!!!! Thank goodness for being late (Plus teacher workday) so there was no traffic!

And we wonder why I am stressed all the time? Gah. Work is a vacation.
