Move your fat-assed car

So. Somebody with a huge, obnoxious, gas-guzzling, road hogging, pissing me off lexus SUV has decided that their precious piece of machinery is too good to park next to anyone. So they have taken TWO spaces in the parking garage.

Which is fine. I don't mind. But if you are going to do that, please don't do it IN THE SPACES RIGHT NEXT TO THE ELEVEVATORS.

Jerk. Jackass.

Huh. I thought I was over it.

UPDATE: Rather than go down there and leave a note on the car, I sent a complaint to building management. Cause if the car gets keyed today, I don't want anything with my fingerprints on it sitting there.

My mom used to always say, "All Cadillac drivers are assholes." The same might be said for anyone who drives an SUV who doesn't have a dirt driveway.

Some time ago I mentioned that handicapped parking fines are enforceable anywhere, including your own driveway, if the sign is there. I find it astonishing that a sign hasn't disappeared from the local supermarket for just this kind of occasion. Frankly, CK, I'm disappointed. I'd have thought that this kind of thing would appeal to your twisted sense of justice.

A friend of mine once told me a story from his college days. One day, when he was heading into his dorm, he noticed that someone had parked their Jag across two parking spaces. When he came back out for class sometime later, the car had been severely keyed, the sides had been kicked in, and it was covered in silly string.

I'm lucky enough to be drving a 2007 Honda CR-V. When I park in a parking lot, I drive down far enough so that I can park with two empty spaces on each side of the car, as I'm paranoid. I do *not*, however, take up more than one space. That person is an idiot and I'm glad you reported them.
