AG33 looks FAB in blue! New belt today! Little Sister endured his exam patiently, then we bugged out for the second half of his group and I chatted with Pete in the hall.
Pete and I went to NC Governor's School together in high school, then Carolina, then Michigan, and now our kids (and Pete) go to the same do jung. All by total coincidence!
Possibly showing the awesome power of Governor's School. Don't know.
Pete is a second dan balck belt and was helping out with the exams, as all the black belts do.
Little Sister and I dropped him off for the afternoon graduation, then did the grocery shopping, took the groceries home, and came back only to find the graduation STILL going on. But we got to see AG33 get his belt. We would have stayed for the rest, but Little Sister had a diaper, so I waved AG33 over and we left early.
In all, an excellent day to be a Mommy!
