At The Knowledge Company, they had a pool on how long it would take before I broke down and said something really nasty to an annoying client.

Other analysts would listen in amazement as I listened to each caller and addressed their needs with caring and concern, "like you really care!"

And I never cracked.

But this week, I've started to think they just didn't wait long enough. Maybe it took 10 years of phone stupidity to really push me over the edge.
